1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of legal services by Uborichte (hereafter "we", "us", or "Uborichte") to clients (hereafter "you" or "client"). By engaging our services, you accept these terms.

2. Service Engagement

Legal services are provided upon written engagement. Fees are as stated in the engagement letter or fee agreement. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

3. Confidentiality & Attorney-Client Privilege

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. We do not disclose client information without written consent, except where required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Uborichte's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by German law and resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees are immediately due.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and German data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with 30 days' notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
